I felt that the article is giving the right information at the right time as it is the high time for organizations to realize that the old is gone hence they have to familiarize themselves with the new rules of talent management. It is only through the application of the new rules that organizations can maximize the benefits of talent management such as increased profitability, high-quality production as well as increased competitive edge.  Although there is stiff opposition to the new rules from the organizations that do not need rapid innovation, I felt that the organizations that do not fall under this category should not use the opposition as an excuse for their delayed implementation of the new rules of talent management.
Organizations should shun from the traditional form of appraisal that used to happen annually and adopt regular appraisal to ensure they get immediate feedback. It is through the immediate feedback that the firm will be in a position of establishing when in a deficiency of particular skills as well as the skills to retain. I also concurred with the article that paying in organizations should change. Bonuses should not be given to employees on an annual basis but when the desired behavior is made. This will encourage the person to strive for more desired behavior.

It has now become part of my processes to give instant forms of motivation to those of producing the desired behavior. This is because it encourages immediate feedback which is valued in the agile environment. I have understood the benefits of applications of using the new rules of talent management as I champion for utilization of the new rules by organization unless their mode of operation calls for the conservancy. This study can be utilized in the corporate world by organizations to have increased profitability and competitive edge. For instance, if an organization applies instant motivation, employees will get motivated and also feel great working for the organization. As a result, they will embark on the application of the best practices to earn more bonuses hence resulting in increased competitive edge and profitability.
